Financial Group. Joel is the first loan officer in the state of Michigan to close
an ENERGY EFFICIENT MORTGAGE for a home retrofit. Joel will tell us more about
financing opportunities for retrofit and new construction homes. It's a win-win-win
situation for the homeowner, builder and the environment! Additionally, we will
announce the website launch date (washtenawgbc.org), membership opportunities,
and upcoming events!
